With a 80 year history, All We Can was launched in April 2014, having operated as the Methodist Relief and Development Fund (MRDF) since 1985.

Head of Fundraising and Marketing

Salary: circa £50,000 per annum
Based: Methodist Church House, Baker Street, London

All We Can is a Christian international development and emergency relief organisation. It helps find solutions to poverty by engaging with local people and organisations in some of the world’s poorest communities to end the suffering caused by inequality and injustice. In our fight against poverty and injustice, we had an impact on the lives of nearly 1 million people over the last year, in some of the world’s poorest communities.

We are looking for a passionate fundraiser, team leader and humanitarian to be our new Head of Fundraising and Marketing. Heading up a dedicated team, this is a key leadership role within the organisation. You will ensure that our visionary and strategic aspirations to end extreme poverty and tackle injustice are funded and resourced, and that we actively engage more donors and stakeholders to support and champion our work as well as understand the issues and solutions to poverty. As the organisation looks to grow significantly, your role requires you to be visionary in your approach, innovative and bold in your planning, skilled and experienced, and creative and practical in your implementation to reach our ambitious income targets. As you, together with your team, grow our various income streams and donor portfolio, you will also need to help build the business case to further invest in this area of work over the years ahead as part of your sound budget planning and development.All We Can has its roots in the Methodist Church and its vision, priorities and values are grounded in Christian principles while its programmes serve people of all faiths and none. You will have proven experience and demonstrable success in fundraising for charitable causes through a wide range of relevant fundraising functions ranging from regular giving through to major donors. Your Christian faith will guide your oversight of church resources, liaison with our core audience and shape our communication as you approve our targeted marketing materials and resources. Philanthropy Manager

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Based: Methodist Church House, Baker Street, London

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to bring together our major donors and trusts portfolios into a new philanthropy function within the wider fundraising team. Taking a strong relationship management and pipeline development approach, you will grow these income streams and help build the business case to further invest in this area of work over the years ahead. In return, we will invest and believe in you, supporting you to achieve success in this important new role for our organisation.

You will have proven experience in major donors and trusts fundraising, but perhaps with a desire to now have full ownership over these income streams within a charity so that you can grow and make them your own. We offer the chance to establish and build a new function within our fundraising department, shape how we approach this work, and make the case to invest in a team with your success. Programmes Administration Officer

Salary: £24,000 per annum
Based: Methodist Church House, Baker Street, London

All We Can is seeking a talented programmes administrative officer with superior task management and systems administration experience to support its Programmes and Partnerships Team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a new Programmes Information Management System, including liaising with the vendor in the fulfilment of their contract, managing the testing of the system and migration of information.  Proficiency in online grant management systems and/or database management, a systematic approach to work and strong attention to detail are essential for this role.

Reporting to the Programmes Director, the Programmes Administration Officer (PAO) will provide administrative and logistics support to the Programmes Director, including the Programmes & Partnerships Committee (PPC) meetings of the Board, and the Programmes and Partnerships Team (PPT).  They will provide programmatic support to partnership managers and the wider programmes team in their work with partners overseas, and additionally lead on the implementation and on-going management of the Partners Information Management System (PIMS).
